Thomas V. LoCicero
Thomas V. LoCicero has a record of
accomplishment in print and electronic journalism, as a creator of
entertainment and cultural specials and as a producer of corporate
communications. Over the course of two decades, first at WXYZ-TV and then at
WDIV-TV, he wrote, produced and directed more than 50 long-form documentaries,
70 shorter features and sales presentations, 30 live event programs, numerous
promotional spots and public service announcements and 600 editorials. In the corporate world he has created numerous
and varied productions, including a series of ISO 9000 training and orientation
tapes for General Motors and 16 Ford Motor Company credit promos appearing on
the PBS series “Nature.” In partnership
with Kingberry Productions, he has produced coverage of a number of Aretha
Franklin concerts, written and produced a series of profiles for WDIV called
World Class Detroiters, and produced a series for Detroit Public TV on race
relations called Bridging the Racial Divide.
He has also published many articles and short stories and a non-fiction
book entitled MURDER IN THE SYNAGOGUE.
A.J. LoCicero
A.J. LoCicero is a writer/producer/director as well as a skilled researcher and has worked in the video and multi-media field for over 16 years. In that time he has worked on projects ranging from training videos, to promotional programs, to corporate image campaigns, to web and CD ROM based training aids. A multi-award winner, LoCicero has several areas of special interest and expertise, including technology, computers and the Internet. For Ford Motor Company he has written and produced our coverage of the major international auto shows in Detroit, Geneva, Paris, Frankfurt and Tokyo, highlighting new products as well as innovations in design and technology throughout the industry. Also for Ford he has written and produced numerous competitive comparison videos and a wide variety of training programs. For General Motors LoCicero has written, produced and directed a detailed 45-minute training tape on the spot welding process and has worked on innovative sales presentations for a GM health care program and the company’s Mobile Service program for dealers. Currently he writes many of the videos for Emery King’s Medical Video Library on the Detroit Medical Center website and produces other pieces for the DMC.
